Do not forget to update your club listing annually, even if there are no changes, to avoid being dropped off the active list.
If you have trouble with it, note the following tips from the ARRL:
- They have to be logged into the ARRL website as a member before they can edit anything.
- They have to be listed as the Contact or a club officer to edit the listing.
- If their callsign has changed, make sure that the log in matches the callsign. I have seen them not match and therefor they cannot make changes.
